My name is Álvaro Uribe. I am a software developer from Chile who has been living in New Zealand for the past 14 years. I am passionate about photography and technology, and I love spending time with my daughter and my partner.
My dog 🐾 force me to leave the house every day for walks. He is an energetic "Jack Russell Terrier" cross.
I'm driven by curiosity, especially around AI. I'm always exploring new technologies, sharpening my skills, and staying hands-on. You'll often find me fine-tuning websites, experimenting with LLMs, or tweaking the latest gaming handheld.
What I Do
I build modern web applications with a focus on:

- Static-first architecture with tools like Astro
